A bug report your
developer can use.

This sample uses our intentionally broken demo page. It is a real reproducible defect in a test fixture, not a customer result. A paid review covers your agreed pages and journeys and records the checks actually performed.

RC-001 · Pricing CTA targets a missing section

MEDIUM Visitor navigation · /demo.html

Observed: clicking “See plans” changes the URL hash to #plans, but the page stays at the top. There is no element with that ID. Pricing is farther down the page under id="pricing".

Expected: clicking the CTA scrolls to the pricing section.

Visitor impact: the primary pricing shortcut does not work. The visitor can still reach pricing by scrolling, so this is not rated critical.

Reproduce

  1. Open the demo at either viewport above.
  2. Click “See plans”.
  3. Observe the URL ending in #plans with no scroll to pricing.
  4. Inspect the DOM: the anchor target is missing; the pricing section has ID pricing.
Actual 390px mobile screenshot of the intentionally broken demo after clicking See plans; the page remains at the top.

Suggested fix

<a href="#pricing">See plans ↗</a>
<section id="pricing">…</section>

Acceptance check: click the CTA from the top of the page at both agreed widths. Confirm location.hash === '#pricing' and the pricing heading enters the viewport. Confirm other navigation still works.
